Good to know
- Hard-to-find parts. Send the part number, a photo or the markings on the old part. If an exact match isn't available, we'll offer an equivalent and mark it clearly on the quotation for your approval.
- Electrical items. Some electrical items need the Safety Mark to be sold in Singapore. We check this before we quote.
- Checked in Singapore. Items are inspected against your request before delivery.
What we don't source
- Controlled, counterfeit or grey-market goods.
- Items that need a licence or permit we can't obtain.
- Anything that would mean sending your confidential designs or drawings overseas without your written approval.
