We arrange calibration through SAC-SINGLAS accredited calibration companies, and repair through qualified repair companies or the maker's service centre. You deal with one contact from booking to return.

Faulty equipment assessed and repaired. You see the repair quotation and approve it before any work starts.

We book the work, track each job and return your instruments with the calibration certificate or repair report.

The calibration company
- Carries out calibration within its accredited scope.
- Issues the calibration certificate.
- Assesses faulty equipment and quotes the repair.
Calibration is carried out and certified by the accredited calibration company, not by Trovo.
What to send us
- Make, model and serial number of each instrument.
- The standard or accuracy you need, if any.
- Whether you need "as found" readings recorded before adjustment.
- Where the instruments are now, and when you need them back.
What you get back
Each instrument comes back with its calibration certificate or a repair report, plus our delivery order and invoice. Collection and return arrangements are confirmed on your quotation.
