Quotations and orders
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within two working days. Hard-to-find items can take longer, and we'll tell you if they do.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no fixed minimum, and small orders are welcome. A very small order may carry a minimum service fee, which is shown on the quotation before you commit.
How long is a quotation valid?
30 days from the date on the quotation.
Do you work with purchase orders?
Yes. We start once we receive your PO. Payment terms are shown on each quotation.
Can you suggest an equivalent if the exact item isn't available?
Yes. Any equivalent is marked clearly on the quotation, so you can approve it before we order.
Is there anything you won't source?
We don't handle controlled, counterfeit or grey-market goods, or items that need a licence we can't obtain. See Sourcing and procurement.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the item and where it comes from. Every line on your quotation shows its lead time.
Where do you deliver?
To your address in Singapore. Deliveries to more than one address can be arranged and are quoted separately.
What if something arrives damaged or short?
Please tell us within 2 working days of delivery, with photos if you can, and we'll sort it out with you.
Calibration and repair
Do you calibrate instruments yourselves?
No. Calibration is carried out and certified by SAC-SINGLAS accredited calibration companies. We arrange the work and coordinate it from booking to return.
Will a repair go ahead without my approval?
No. The repair company assesses the item first, and you approve the repair quotation before any work starts.
Confidentiality
Do you keep my requirements confidential?
Yes. We don't share your requirements or order details with other clients, and we give suppliers and service companies only what they need to fulfil the order.
