Usually within two working days. Hard-to-find items can take longer, and we'll tell you if they do.
Do you work with purchase orders?
Yes. We send a written quotation, and we start once we receive your PO. Payment terms are shown on each quotation.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no fixed minimum, and small orders are welcome. A very small order may carry a minimum service fee, which is shown on the quotation before you commit.
Do you calibrate instruments yourselves?
No. Calibration is carried out and certified by SAC-SINGLAS accredited labs. We arrange the work and coordinate it from booking to return.
